On November 16, the Fraunhofer International Innovation Forum and the Sino-German Circular Economy Exchange and Matchmaking Conference was successfully held. With the theme of International Cooperation to Promote the Green Development of Circular Economy, the event was co-sponsored by the BJAST and the Fraunhofer Association for the Promotion of Applied Research - Beijing Representative Office. Nearly 100 people from the Beijing Representative Office, a number of related research institutes, as well as several departments and subordinated units participated in the event online and offline.

With the increasing importance of environmental protection and sustainable development, the circular economy has become a global issue. This event provides an important platform and opportunity to promote the green development of circular economy. By sharing the latest research results and technologies, the development trends and challenges in the field of circular economy were discussed, and possible solutions and cooperation opportunities were identified to further contribute positively to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.
